[Resolved]  Star Cj Alive — Defective Smart Tab Delivered On 02.03.2014

Dear Sir/ Madam, On Sunday i.e 2/03/2014 STAR CJ delivered DEFECTIVE SMART TAB PHONE worth RS 5999/-, in spite of thrice request from Sunday no action has been taken place by the company, only getting false commitment that back office team will call and do the needful.. I was told before purchase any mfg defect company will replace with in 2 working days... Biggest mistake i have made in my life..
