[Resolved] Star Cj Alive — Delivered wrong Product | |||
Dear Sir, Myself Mrunal M. Shah, ordered Sanjeev Kapoor Essenza induction base nonstick cookware set on “Star CJ Alive” on 15th August via telephone. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong product i.e. Ballarini new spice magic non stick set on 20.08.2014. Bill No.:[protected] Order No.:[protected] Immediately on 20.08.2014 we call on their customer care Number and they told us to revert in 2 days after checking the call recording. But we didn’t get any revert from them. Thus, we called again on 22.08.2014. But now they are not agree to change the product as per we ordered. Moreover they are not ready to provide call recording detail too. This is very bad experience and we felt cheated through Star Cj Alive. Please help me out on the above matter.
