Star Cj Alive — Incomplete delivery and non response of the customer care

Dear Sir,
My order no. is[protected]. It consist of one set of wardrobe and one set of shoe rack. However I received only wardrobe on 25th February.

I mentioned it to the delivery boy, he said as you have paid online, we can not do anything. Then I called Star CJ's customer care number, they took my complaint down and promised me to take the necessary action. After that there was no response from your side. Then I again called the customer care no. on 27th of February. There also I couldn't get any positive response. I feeling like I have been cheated by Star CJ, since this is my 4th correspondence with your company but still there is no positive response from your side. Now it has been 6 days and I have not received by complete product.
Kindly look into the matter.
