[Resolved] Star Cj Alive — Tablet screen not working | |||
I have bought a tablet from star cj alive. But it's touch screen is not working. I have lost it's bill. So i requested for the duplicate bill. Every time i call customer care they say your complaint has been registered we will send you the bill through 1 - 2 working days. What kind of thing is that. For sending a mail they need 1 - 2 working days. More ever i have called 3 - 4 times every time same thing they say your complaint has been registered but since i have not received any bill in my mail. I have asked the company address they refused to give me the address. I thought it is fraud company which is cheating people in didderent - diffferent ways. Was this information helpful? | |||
