NSA TRADEX PRIVATE LIMITED Subject: BAD SERVICES AND RESPONSE Dear Sir, I has ordered and received “ Magic Mop” vide Invoice Number:[protected] Dated 06/02/2015 vide order number:[protected]. I had received the faulty product on 08/02/15 and immediately asked for replacement but again was delivered faulty product second time. I had given several call to the customer care and I had asked for the refund and several times sent reminders to Customer Care but it seems no one is listening.
