I also bought the same printer PIXMA 2570 from Start CJ alive website. They showed on TV and website that they will give the speaker and bag free with the printer but they did not give.
It is totally wrong conduct. I have logged my complaint in the Start CJ alive. If they do not resolve it then I will go to consumer forum.
