Star Cj — Complaint not responded since month passed | |||||
I ordered a semi stitch dress from shop cj which is not a complete product, one of its sleeves is missing and it also has no dupatta as said. I made so many complaints from the time I received the product on 30th OCT with the product code 153866 and order no is [protected]. Every time I made complaint I was told that I will receive a call back within 2 days but till date I did not receive any call. I ask them to replace it or refund it but none of it was responded. It is very sad to have so bad customer service and now again I made a last call on 24th NOV and asked them to refund my money but still there is no response. I am fed up with the customer care whenever I ask to connect me to their senior the call was always dropped by them. Finally when I asked them to get their senior to their desk the call was kept waiting for 30 mins and then drop again. I am very upset I want my money refund and they should take their incomplete product back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
