Star Cj — Complaint which i sent to Star CJ and Damul Last Time. | |
Hello Sir/Madam,
I am manoj saxena. I am exsiting customer of Star Cj. I have purchased two three Product from Star Cj.
I have been suggesting my friends to purchase the product from Star Cj for its better service with good
quality. But this time, I am so disappointed to purchase a product (Apple Gym) from it. Reason: I have
purchsed this product in December, 2015 with the warranty of six month, which is not completed now. I
have sent to replace the minor part of the machine. It’s Ropes, the equipment which is only valuable
with machine. Without it machine is worthless. On this April 4, 2015 I have sent the product with
original invoice copy to Damul trader as per suggestion of Star CJ Executive. But till today 03 May
2015. I did not receive this product back. Even talked with damul traders several time in giving
contact number ([protected], [protected]). They have not given me a satisfied response.Only give me
wrong information about the process of my product replacement
I humble request to both Damul Trader and Star Cj. Please give me a satisfied response. Either I
will never purchase the product from Star CJ and also never suggest other one to purchase.
Please Check how many times i contact in
star Cj and Damul trader before give a response.
