I ordered Avenger Mink Blanket from star CJ - Order No - [protected] on 18/11/2015 and received on 20/11/2015. Got a defected blanket when opened the blanket for which i registered a complaint on same day (20/11/2015) and they gave an assurance to replace the product. But when i called customer care again for status on 24/11/2015 then customer executive told me that your complaint closed. From 24/11/2015 i registered two more complaint for replace the product but they closed the complaint again and again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
