[Resolved]  Star Cj — defective product and non refund of payment

tyHello sir I m miss rachana patil. i have order set three sarees Of rs.2999 on 30march 2014 from star cj on tv show. The product i have recevied on 30th march was defective. Next day I called star cj customer service to refund of money they cancelled my order by sending me following msg Dear Customer, your order no [protected] has been cancelled due to your non availability for delivery. For any service call us at[protected]. They told me you will get back your money within 5 to 6 days. I have called they many time but no use. They are making Me fool. I have spoke with their team leader mr. Kanhya but he is also fraud. I am fad up now . please help me out I am requesting you Please try to refund my money And teach these people lesson so they will not cheat any consumer Thank you Regards
