[Resolved]  Star Cj — Defective Product Delivered and only assurances for Return/ Replacement from 2 Months

Finishing is not at all found in any corner of fabric. On worst, when I contacted customer care to know the return / Exchange process, they told me that you are now bound for the product, and if you have any query, you should contact directly to vendor, Star CJ does not have any matter on this. Pls be noted that I had given the order to Star CJ, keeping in view of Star CJ goodwill & Mkt reputation, But now I m being forced to tackle with the Star CJ Vendor Directly . Why it is so??????? This type of worst service is not expected from such a brand like Star CJ. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful, as I can not take this type of defective material after paying full Money.
