Star Cj — Delivered another mobile phone which not ordered online

I, Prasenjit Saha from Kolkata, booked on 10th feb 2015 zte blade c v-807 phone order no -[protected], cash on delivery mode rs-2799, delivered to me by Gati courier person on 14th feb 2015 at 2.15pm. After pack open it found android phone Swipe konnect3 which i not booking online. After that i lodged a complain on phone no-[protected] & a reply sms send to me that my complain has been registered and soon Star cj request team will contact me, but till date no person call me in this regard & initiate change the phone . I Keen to get my zte blade c v-807 phone immediately . I made rs -2799 to Gati courier concern person Mr.Biswanath Tewari mob-[protected]. After that i repeatedly contact customer care no[protected] & [protected] from my mobile no-[protected], every time customer care person told me some one call me but no person contact till date.I;m disgusted on star cj support, I;m an senior Lawyer of Kolkata High Court very much annoyed such kind of support. Take immediate action from your authority & send me zte blade c v-807 mobile & also collect wrong article which delivered to me.
