ufff... I don't know from where to start... These guys hav given the worst online shopping experience to me... I'm a frequent online shopper but this experience... i'll never forget.. They don't know even the basics of after sales service. The customer care executive was toooooo rude. He was literally shouting on my dad.. I was shocked to hear that they don't care if the customer is satisfied with the product or not. I think they don't know what
they've been hired for -for listening to customers' complaints and taking care
of them. Its just the opposite in this case. BEWARE! people.. they openly
accept this thing that they don't care about the customer grievances. Once u've
purchased the product, the responsibility is all yours. According to them,
their work is over once the product is delivered. Not even scared of consumer
courts..! They leave no scope for the customers like us to be patient.
I've made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing
"STAR CJ ALIVE". I wonder how they are surviving with this stupid and irritating attitude with so much
competition present in the market, like my experience with Home shop18 has been
awesome. The executives are so humble and handle the complaints so politely and
efficiently. Learn something from them.. They set the perfect example of what after sales service should be like..
The harsh reality is... they won't survive for long if they continue with this attitude. After seeing the long list of agitated customers I can clearly make out that they have already lost so many valuable customers, including
me. An unsatisfied customer will be your biggest negative publicity..
Disgusting service... Disgusting quality of products they
offer... Disgusting executives.. Just there to earn money.. don't know what
customer loyalty is.. I really feel cheated.. The product shown on television
is not the one they sent, and they don't accept it now. Its actually not only
about the product, its also about the after sales service that makes a customer happy..
P.S.
STAR CJ Alive.. Please wake up guys.. U need a complete
transformation.. Hire some capable staff.. The people u have now will literally
