[Resolved] Star Cj — doesn't read my sd card | |||
Hi my name is Pranjali Shukla and about a month ago I had brought a new IBall Andi Tiger 4 IPS phone online from your website.It worked very well for about a week or so after that it stared hanging.What's worst is that the phone is not reading my SD card.At first it said the card was damaged, i changed my card and still no difference and now its just not showing anything about my card.It has been 3 weeks to this problem.Due to some reasons I couldn't place a complaint till now.But now i need a solution to this problem.my phone is under 1 year warranty.Please tell me what to do because it's very important.There are many things on my SD card which i need to access almost daily. Frankly speaking I was kind of a fan of STAR CJ...But now I am losing all my faith in you... Please do something for my problem soon... Was this information helpful? | |||
