Dear sir, I have ordered a diamond jewellary set but as it was defective I made a complaint I m enclosing acknowledgement receipt of my product when my product had been taken back by your representative i.e on 2 october 2015 and now it has been more than two months completed but i didn't receipt delivery of my product back and have wrote u earlier also please send my order asap or refund the cash and don't compel me to take some negative steps because you are not at all concerned with the customers grievances ( PRODUCT WORTH 2200 RUPEE) LALIT MOTWANI
