Star Cj — Exchange of wrong Product | |||
Dear sir, My Order no is - [protected]. I ordered ILO All in one Kitchen Set at 2 feb 2015, and the order delivered at my home on 4 feb 2015, , then i check the product that i found it was wrong at a time i call in star cj customer care they said and registered my complaint on 4 feb 2015, and texts me on mobile on 4 feb 2015 is the complaint is register for cancelling the product and after a two days a person of star cj customer care calls me and said the order can not be exchanged. i call them many times they always says we change ur product but they cann't do.please exchange my product otherwise i will take a strong action on it.
