[Resolved]  Star Cj — Frauding customers - not entertaining customers properly

Hi, I ordered a product from Star CJ, order no. - [protected] in this order their are 3 free items, which was not delivered to me at delivery time. so i complaint on his customer service but after multiple calls and feedback from my side no update is given to me, every time company's customer care members saying they are registering complaint, but no resolution from their end. also no hard copy of invoice sent to me with product, with voice communication with their members they said they do not provide hardcopy of invoices, only soft copy will be provided. Conclusion - they make fraud me, and they are not entertain customer problems seriously. Pl help...
