Order no. [protected], dated 07 March 2015. I had ordered the Blanc living room combo of 3 curtains, 5 cushion covers and blanc double bedsheet. It was delivered without the bedsheet and despite continuous complaining, no action was taken against my complaint. I have even tried to speak to the senior executives, but their only reply has been that they'll call back, although they haven't made any calls to me yet. I am extremely disappointed with their irresponsible attitude for their customer and you are kindly requested to take strict action against the matter as soon as possible.
