[Resolved] Star Cj — Invoice not provided | |||
Hi, I have bought 4 burner sunflame gas stove in mid of July. I have received the product, however the invoice was missing. I have repeatedly called the customer care, and every time time either the say the mail I'd was wrong and I would get the invoice within few hours, but sadly I have not received it till now. I even tried to talk to some senior executive, but my call was put on hold for good 15 mins and no one responded. I am not sure why simply sending an email takes so much time. Request you to either send the invoice to my mail ids or send a hard copy to my billing address asap. I am sorry to say that I had pathetic experience shopping with starcj, pls ensure that I am send the invoice at the earliest, failing which I would be forced to take legal action.
