I placed an order on 10th March 2015 at 11.59AM and through my phone number [protected] and someone picked my call and I placed an order and I confirmed 2-3 times that you place my order and he said "yes mam" and then I asked for my order number, he replied " vo to apke registered mobile number pr ajaega". On 12th march I called for my delivery status and I had words with Alok Kumar and he said there is no order of yours. So I lodged a complaint and he ensure you will get revert with in 2 days. And then I called on 16Th March 2 times. I talk to Prashant, Anand to know my complaint status but no one took it seriously and today is 18th march, so till know I didn't get any response and agents are not able to sought out my concern.
