Star Cj — Need to return saris because of poor quality /refund denied | |||
Hi Team, I am really disappointed...I had place an COD order -order no [protected] on 23rd of September for INR 2090. The quality of the sari's "SUNEHRI" brand is really poor. I wanted to return it back, unfortunately I was told that it cant be returned and that this info was given to me when I had placed the order! I don't remember this info being given to me and even if it was given - I don't think looking at he quality of the saris anyone would like to keep it. Moreover I am surprised that unlike all online shopping portals, where return/refund policy is available, Star CJ doesn't have such one! Its like robbing people of their own money ! Its quite frustrating too when you speak to the customer representative who calls up to enquire about the reason why product needs to be returned, who speaks to you in a rude manner telling you that when placing the complaint over the phone, people who attend those calls don't know the return policy! I have paid INR 2090 and would like to be refunded with the money, don't want to keep saris which are available for 150 rs in a local market! And Star CJ should change their policies or else they are bound to loose customers, I for sure would never recommend it to anyone! Thanks, Aruna Gaikwad Was this information helpful? | |||
