[Resolved]  Star Cj — No Reply, False Commitment, Misbehaviour

Dear Sir, I had booked an Order on11/10/2014 Electrolux Microwave as order no. given above. The same has been dispatched by you on 12/10/2014. Docket No.[protected]. But till date I had not received the Product. I have been calling the No. given by your executives a numerous of time but no response. Even your executives makes conference call with dispatch team & they also assured me that I will get the product next day 100% But everything in vain. I had to give this product as Diwali Gift to my Sister. I feels, Like I had ordered Amrit to Lord. So that I can live forever. Is this kind of services you used to give your customer. Sorry to say its Pathetic. Neither your Executives capable to deals with Clients.
