I bought a Datawind tab from you and there is some problem with touch, i called your customer service and had a words with Datawind backed team but didn't get any solution. As there is some manufacturing defect so i need replacement. i already had a word with one of your agent yesterday night who assured me about replacement but today I got a call from your and datawind backed team they were not ready to replace.. Now it's not my problem to go and get it done with datawind store.. If you can replace then better other wise i need to contact with Consumer form.
