I have purchased a lava iris 502 mobile from star cj so now it was not working then i gon to galary they told we cant repair it . so they Told that We r giving u a doa letter n u should submit it to star cj then they will give u refung . then i sended a mail on 11 june 2014 of doa letter to [protected]@starcj.com then they called me n told u will get ur refund in 10 days n till now i Have not Got my refund n i called them 30 times till noW tHey r not responDiNg...
