Star Cj — not returning my money in cash 1200 and 200 vouchers

I have complaint you so many times but i did not get any solution from your side as well as from the company. After going through alot from july they are telling me they do not have any information of mine after sending them so many times. Then also they stick to their point that they will not refund anything and i have to buy something from them. This is not done at all. Its a long time now i am frustrated. I am not at all happy with your site by delaying this matter for so long. Today i have again send a complaint to replaced it with 4option which i had given them with guilt. I am absolutely not happy with both o[censored] and ur company. Enough is enough my limit is crossed completely. You cant give this type of service to ur customers as well as who is filing a compaint with lots of trust. Company are big # which i have never ever seen in my whole life. They are very useless and and hurt the customers feelings by hurting them, giving mental trauma, harassing and didnt even bothered about their customers at all. They do not any guilt by keeping the customer money with them only for their greed and fraud. Iam the one who is suffering and my money also gone which i have paid to them i. E 1200/ plus they have said they will provide vouchers of 200 from them. Rude behaviour and cancelled the call while talking on the phone. I have already given their product back then also not returning my money from so long. Enough is enough they do not understand the pain of customers which they are going through lot of time. This is unacceptable
