Order # [protected] was booked online, giving address and pincode of Nagpur on Sunday 10th May, 2015.The Online booking syatem of StarCJ arranged to send the parcel to Pune address, which was observed by one of the starcj representative on 12th may 2015 night, while the call was made to enquire the status of the delivery.
The representative advised to book a new contract with Nagpur address, and cancel the existing order. He also confirmed that the payment would be adjusted with the original order, no need to pay separately. The new contract was booked. After multiple automatic cancellations and rebooking of the order, the order [protected] was booked. For this at least 13-15 calls were made, in every call we got to hear that there is no open order, all orders stand cancelled, and we need to book the new order...with new representative every time.
While we received the delivery in Nagpur on 14th May 2015, we were told that the order is booked as Cash on Delivery, hence we must pay Rs 6599/- to get the delivery. Starcj also confirmed now that we must pay for COD and the amount 6599/ as for the original order wouldbe refunded in 2-3 days.
Since 14th May 2015, multiple calls are made to STATCJ to know the status of refund, and its still not done. The problems we face while dealing with them are-
1/. There is no Tollfree number, where customers can call and have the conversation for 10-15 min at least.
2/ Everytime we call, we get to talk to new person, have to explain the entire history and request for refund.
3/ Th erepresentatives at times, donot understand or don not show any intention tounderstnad.
4/ They promiss then we would get a call back with the resolution, none calls back.
5/ When called again to enquire we have no choice but to repeat the entire cycle...with no output.
If we do not call and followup with them, I am sure nobody from Starcj would be even bothered to return this amount. INR 6599/- is not a small amount, which can be ignored.
Pls. help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
