After receipt of the order, , the product is not working. When complaint, asked the product to pack properly and keep for return. But the star CJ official rang up and asked to contact the service provider and gave the telephone no. But the service phone no. There is no response for fifteen days.Again I complaint, STAR SJ official said they try conference call and give. But it is not materialised as informed. Hence request for replace. Till now not receiving proper response from Star CJ. Order No.[protected] DATED 9/9/15. Within ONE WEEK RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND THE SAME DAY GIVEN COMPALAINT WITHIN HALF AN HOUR OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. Then every week I had given complaint after waiting 48 hours.
