[Resolved] Star Cj — Vego Atom Air cooler not working | |||
I have purchase Vego Atom air cooler on 06.04.2015. vide order no [protected] through Star CJ. Item was became faulty after 30 days. Complain attended by local team but till date problem not resolved by local team at Ahmedabad. Local team person now not even attending phone call and neither gives responce on outstanding complain. i hav same problem. Vego Air Cooler purchase at 26may2015 and it is not working before 4 day ago.. Dealer didnt file complain and give another phone no to complain.. and shop cj cust. care no. is not working, i try many times.. what will happen.. how to complain in Consumer court???
