[Resolved] Star Cj — Wrong product delivered and still not replaced | |||||
Hi, I had ordered Nutrigold Facial Kit from Starcj on 10/10/2015. But they delivered a hair color kit. Have called them 4-5 times and have wait for more than 30-40 mins each time, trying to explain people at each level and making them understand that they delivered wrong product, and till date there has been no response from there side. They say that they registered a complaint and will call back in 2 days but have never returned a call till date.
