This is regarding order no [protected]. I had received defective product so I register many complaints for refund but they denied for replacement/refund. Shopcj's website clearly mentioned that if we received defective product on arrival they have to refund / exchange the product. kindly have the courtesy to solve over problem and stop troubling us again and again.
