Star Health And Allied Insurance — Non payment of claims for Dialysis (Day care procedure)

I have been waiting for my Claims submitted to Claims department of star health and allied insurance company .Firstly they wrongly guided that Dialysis is not covered in my policy and after 2 years they said it is covered and i can claim my amount through reimbursement process now the claims are submitted with them and inspite of accepting the claims they are giving vague answers that they have not recd the claim documents and they are just delaying the matter and replying they need the acknowledgement letter of submission of claims.The soft copies were submitted by emails and the hard copies submitted phtsically at local office with proper acknowledgement and after submitting the acknowlegement the are hardly replying and the customer support team only replies will reply sooner and that sooner is not coming even after 3 months.
