D ear sir,

i am totally disappointing with star health insurance claim approval staff's and mal-administrations.

santi hospital bill handovered worth rs. 58996/- and
star health approved bill worth rs. 56700/-

Here, no co-payment terms conditions not applicable.

In which basis star health has been deducted rs. 2296/-, i want the details of deduction amount/accessories has not covered in star health insurance .

i have wrote email & requested them to provide me the justification for deduction. I have found that its mal-administration. i am totally disappointing with insurance grievance team.

requesting you to kindly investigate in this matter and provide us justice with above deducted amount.
