Star X Cinemas Vaishali — Complaint against employees

The employee deployed at the box office counter at ground floor around 9:15 - 9:30 pm today i.e. 4th April misguided when enquired about availability of movie ticket of Bahubali for 8:40 pm show on 05th April for back row. He misguided and told there is no availability. Further when asked about 2nd row from back he answered same and told the tickets available in 5th row from back. I have no option left I bought 3 tickets in row C 5, 6 &7.
However when I searched in book my show I surprised to find out that seats were available in back row as well as 2nd from last. After a few minutes when I requested to exchange my tickets with the new tickets of back row he bluntly refuged. As I have two children of age 3 &5, always preferred back rows and even waited for a week for movie Bahubali for want of back row. Disappointed gave those tickets to the man at counter and rushed to the cinema at 2nd floor for my request and to complain about this. I asked for manager but I have been told to wait on the couch. I waited for 15 to 20 min and the so called manager crossed the area twice but he didn't listen to the guards present there who told him that I am waiting for him. Disappointed I returned back with loosing my money rs. 750 for tickets I bought.
