[Resolved]  StarCJ — 4.1 Multimedia speakers

I have placed an order for Intex 4.1 Multimedia speakers through StarjCj.com on 7th March 2015.
I have received the product on 9th March 2015 at 10:AM.

I paid through Cash on Delivery.
When I have connected the products with PC, it didn't worked.I tried it with Mobile and Pen drive as well but it also didn't worked.
Finally I tried for FM and it also didn't worked.
After that I called at Star CJ customer care and they have connected me to Intex (Brand) customer care.
They ave troubleshoot the product over the phone after that they found it a dead product as nothing was working.
When I asked for exchange then both of them, the seller i.e StarCj and Intex (Brand) denied for replacement.
StarCj's website clearly says that if is dead on arrival they have to refund / exchange the product.
I need the replacement of this product as it is the case of Dead on arrival.

I lodged the complaint at Starj CJ customer care after 30 min of arrival of the product.
I asked the Star CJ customer care to replace it, then they have connected me to Intex (Brand) customer care.When they have troubleshoot over the phone, they found it a dead product as nothing was working.
When I asked for exchange then both of them, the seller i.e StarCj and Intex (Brand) denied for replacement.
StarCj website clearly says that if is dead on arrival they have to refund / exchange the product
I need the replacement of this product as it is the case of Dead on arrival.
