This is regarding order no [protected], its been about 10 days i register the complaint and for about 3 times they updated the complaint but no action has taken yet, I had ordered two Products from which one was not delivered to me, i paid the total amount of two products through COD. Despite continuous complaining, no action was taken against my complaint.I have even tried to speak to the senior executives, but their only reply has been that they'll call back, although they haven't made any calls to me yet. I am extremely disappointed with their irresponsible attitude towards their customer. So you are kindly requested to take strict action against the matter as soon as possible.
