Starcjalive — Regarding to refund

Sir im rahul, I'm purchased phone (iball andi enigma plus ) from starcj alive, my order no is[protected] when i use phone i found that it was defected so i request for refund, qurir boy taken phone 11-5-15, starcj said u got your refund within 7 to 10 days, but im not got my refund so i call star cj customer care they said u got your refund within seven day, after 3 month im noto get my refund im call many time but they says sir soon u got your refud, but they only make me fool sir plz help me to get my money back
