State Bank — Atm card not opened

I opened a new account in state bank of India on 9 March 2016. I have still not received my atm card . Really unsatisfactory service from sbi . When I called customer care every time they tell me wait for more 8 days . When I went to the branch I was been told that card was dispatched on 10 March and I was provided with a invalid tracking number of India post . When I went to the post office they told me no package of this tracking number is available .
Really frustrated with this please let me know as a customer what should be done to resolve this problem .
I heard good reviews of state bank therefore decided to open a new account with state bank but really disappointed with the same .
