State Bank Of Bikaner And Jaipur [SBBJ] — Atm Password new issue

I am Pankaj Meena, customer of State Bank of India (Sbbj Branch Sikrai, dausa, Raj ).
My ATM cum Debit card PIN is locked and so that unable to operate my SBBJ debit card from any ATM machine.

I have already contacted to Branch for the same but there response is not good.
