"Happy to serve customers is a far fetched thing, " all employees including manager of SBBJ, Kekri branch are not even cooperative to customers. Denying services to customers by making excuses like "server is down" appears to be their daily motto. I've been denied by this exercise recently among many other occasions as well by Mr. Sanjay Singh Chauhan. Branch Manager, apart from being absent from branch on many occasions, was not even ready to accept my complaint letter.

Sbbj now sbi Delhi branch in Naraina. Extremely rude staff esp. Mrs usha gupta who has a stammering problem but is so ill mannered that it is impossible to get any work done. Horrible experience in the bank. Will take the matter to the highest authorities
