I am PNB account holder.. I withdrawl rs. 500 from SBBJ ATM at nangal raya new delhi at 9.23 pm i have a receipt for it too. The note was torned and sticked with glue.. I complained this immediately but their useless customer care was speaking only one line like a parrot that i have to visit the branch... See how can a person leave all his work and visit branch for torned notes and that too at such distant place.. He wasnt even listening to problem.. He is just speaking his line continously..
