Dear Sir, This is is to inform you that I gurcharan kaur w/o late Satnam Singh S/o Gurmeet singh R/o Village Awan, PO. Ramdas, Ajnala having A/c no. [protected] in your branch, My husband Satnam singh Died on 5th July 2012, and in Jan 2013, we have visited your branch and you said we need documents releated to your marriage, ration card, Voter ID card. And in Apr 2013 my father went to submitted the same by hand in your branch and some one of your employee Mr. Harjeet singh he simply replied that these are not the documents that we need and he started playing around, when my father got bit angry and he said if you do court case then you have to fight long life and then also there is no guarantee that you will receive funds or not. And if you give Five to six thousand then we can do your work easily and his behavior was also very rude and was showing his greed. We are poor people, my husband already died and my in laws have already thrown me out of the house, we cannot give 5 thousand as bribe Secondly We have Submitted all documents related to release of funds from the aforesaid A/c by hand and through registered Indian post vide reference no. 3509 dated 3-7-14 but you have not reverted on same. We are hereby attaching all the relevant documents again for your reference, kindly look into the same and advice if any document is pending, or if there is any discrepancy.
