State Bank of India — amazon product refund delayed | |
I have ordered Samsung M30s mobile on 29th september.Order No:[protected]. I have paid through my SBI Mastercard.CARD No..[protected] Account number..[protected].and I have paid 11, 383/-... On Oct 2 nd order was cancelled...refund was not yet initiated..it been 20days till now... When I called amazon they said that refund was already initiated from our side ...on 2nd Oct itself...They have provided refund reference number...898969... I have contacted the bank with this refund reference number...but they had not responded well...even the bank statement does not showed the refund amount... So I plead you to solve the problem as early as possible.. Was this information helpful? | |
