Item No ( traking code ) - EQ[protected]IN Account Open Date =[protected] Name Vinti S.N. of bank register - 3451 A/c no. [protected] I have opened my wife ( VINTI ) account into SBI Rohini Sec - 24 branch, New Delhi on[protected] & alos I have received the pass book, But I did not get my ATM debit card yet from speed post. Also when I check for courier tracking code - "EQ[protected]IN" it display nothing. Now I am unable to track the courier details yet. Kindly help me to know, how I can get my ATM card? On behalf of my above complaint I would like to inform you that, My complaint still not resolved & I did not received my SBI ATM card yet.
However I got to inform by the Bank Customer care that the ATM is not dispatched by the courier service due to some error on mailing address.
But I have given the correct mailing address in the Bank while opening my Account. Now I am badly disturbed what to do next.
Now I am loosing all hopes for resolving this issue.
