[Resolved]  State Bank of India — facing problem with SBI credit card

Myself Chirag, I am facing problem with SBI credit card. My credit card detail is account no. [protected] and card no. [protected]. The settlement was done on 25 June 2008 and I got settlement letter from SBI with tracer no. PAN-REC[protected]. As per this letter I have made payment of Rs. 50, 000, receipt no. 12028784, via cheque payment (ICICI Bank, cheque No. 544790)
Still account is not clear and same is reflecting in my CIBIL records with negative rating.

Pl. help me out to get clear this matter.
