State Bank of India — refund not received | |||
My Name is Nikesh khandait and I had ordered (Product) of RS.517 rupees Amount. Product name is MsFQ women, s plain regular fit top in Amazon on Purchase date 28 april 2019 after Return date 6 may 2019 returned this order due to personal reason. And on Date on 7 may 2019 which refund initiated Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 990899 (Reference number here) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy.
