I have initiated two transaction on 20th january 2019 but the amount was debited but not credited to beneficiary account.

Amount of txn : rs 2000.00 and rs 2000.00

Though txn was failed although amount was deducted.

Please escalate to your higher team as per our discussion and revert back with me in 1 day and also call back required for the same...

No reply of e-mail to sbi bank the worst service to customer it shows that it is government bank
