State Bank Of India [SBI] — an irctc refund amount missing/credited into account

The below ticket amount has been refunded by the irctc but sbi has not been crediting these amounts into the account. I have been sending repeated mails to state bank of india and i am being tossed from main office to another. Thgis has to be credited into sbi gajuwaka account of an internet shop owner, once it is credited into his account, i can get it into my account. He assisted my father in law in getting the tickets booked, hence his account he used. The sbi doesnt even avail me an investigation into the issue.

Updated by Aruna Karey i get this bel0w automated reply from SBI, which makes no sense to me at all...i cannot visit the branch as i am not resident in INdia.
