While using my sbi atm card to withdraw an amount of rs.10, 000/ from the canara atm machine (Canatm0878w032fm) at krishna nagar, yousuf guda, hyderabad, the transaction failed on 5th may’2019 and i got the message, the amount of rs.10, 000/- has been debited from my account. I informed the matter immediately to sbi customer. But so far the amount has not been credited to my account till date. Almost 16 working days & 23 days was gone till date the amount is not credited to my account. We request you to please look into this issue and resolve at the earliest due to amount is require urgent basis for hospital purpose. Name : koteswara rao. P A/c.
