[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — delay in reversing the failed payment | |
Sir, i have made two attempts to pay my airtel mobile bill online for rs.740/- through sbi mobile app. 1. On 10 july - id no: fh40736941 for which i received a text message stating operator service unavailable and amount if debited will be reversed soon (Refer tss 1). 2. On 11 july - id no: fh40798649 for which i received a text message stating that my request is under process (Refer tss 2). On 19 july, i received rs.740/- as a refund of one reverse payment id no: fx[protected]Refer sbi ss). What about the other payment? I couldn't avail any help for this thru any medium. Please help. My another question is why there is an unusual delay in processing the reverse payment? It should be made within a time frame of not more than 3 days. Please help.
