My name is sumit mishra and i had ordered jbl c300si on-ear dynamic wired headphones (Black) of rs. Amount 799 in amazon on 24/06/2019 and after 01/07/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 06/07/2019 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money till now (08/08/2019). Amazon sent this reference number Hsbcn[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
